1. Order Cancellation

Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed and shipped and cannot be canceled.

  1. Returns

Because we ship directly from our international suppliers, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Wrong item was sent

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Minor variations in color or packaging
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  1. Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If approved, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note:
International return shipping can be expensive and may take several weeks. For low-value items, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • Or a full refund (depending on the situation)

  • If you haven’t received your refund:
  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank
